Fishing times and "migration" have been tweaked in many waterways and are not accurately reflected in the sheet. I use a copy of the sheet almost everytime that I play but I use it more for information on equipment and drag settings than anything else. But there does not appear to be a consistent stream of new data being integrated into the sheet. Yes it can be improved if folks contribute to it.
No disagreement with most of what you said however, there is definitely a gap in information, specifically with regard to fishing times. The author has worked hard and I think that this project needs to be continued. If we all help to complete this project on an ongoing basis, it will be up to date.
Ubersheet is not outdated, only forgotten. You can download the file and add additional ones yourself, fisheries, hours, etc., etc. The weather chart in the game is important, but the Ubersheet fishing hours are completely correct.
